Well for starters we don't train, we facilitate learning. Did that just sound like marketing-speak for saying the exact same thing? Well to us there is a big difference. People retain more when they develop their own training. So when we get together with your staff, they are the ones leading the training. We're just keeping them on the path to your desired result.

How many people can ContactPoint train in a single session?

The more the merrier. At least until the room starts to look like a sweaty mosh pit. On second thought, let's limit it to 20.

What if I don't like you?

How do you record calls?
