Jason R. Wells, CEO

Jason R Wells CEOPrior to joining ContactPoint, Jason served as the Senior Vice President at Sony Pictures Television International where he led the creation and international expansion of the mobile business line from London.  Prior to Sony, he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Handango, Inc. where he led relationships with clients such as Microsoft, Motorola, Sprint, and Verizon.

Previous to Handango, Wells held management positions at Sprint and Marriott International. As a strategic management consultant for A.T. Kearney, he provided executive level strategy, sales and marketing to Sprint, Bristol Myers Squibb, Telstra (Telecommunications provider in Australia), American Electric Power, C3 Communications, Lyonnaise Cable, and Dynergy. Wells has worked and lived in London, Paris, Sydney, Mexico City, and throughout the United States.

Wells has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master's in economic quantitative methods from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University.

Jeremiah Wilson founded ContactPoint in 2001 with his patented Maculon. Prior, he specialized in logistics and training at a nationally-known training firm. Previous, he served as Assistant to the Counselor of Economics at the US Embassy to the Czech Republic.

Jeremiah Wilson cherishes his role as a husband, father, pilot and marathoner. He gives 100% to every aspect of his life. Wilson holds a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University 

Jeremiah is the author of JUMP: Life Beyond Mediocre, which details practical steps and real life experiences of leadership and personal development. Wilson has spoken at events and corporate retreats around the world. 

 

 

 

John Collier, Vice President of Technology

John Collier VP of Technology

John came to ContactPoint with a wealth of knowledge in many areas of technology. He has worked in IT for over 15 years. Over that time, John has managed various IT teams and built and managed many types of systems.

John’s experience with building both large scale highly available (redundant) server infrastructures as well as building and managing large scale telephony systems (VoIP) for call centers made him a great fit for ContactPoint.

Most of all, John has an excitement for learning new technologies that help businesses become more profitable.

Mr. Collier is instrumental in ContactPoint’s continued success and growth in the technologies departments. His efforts have proven and refined these departments and will continue to do so as time progresses.

 

Carlton van Putten, Vice President of Marketing

Carlton van Putten VP of Marketing

Carlton van Putten is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ContactPoint. He brings over 15 years of executive leadership and management experience in technology sales and marketing including the launch of software services from Blue Sky Network and Rivus Internet Group. His passion is working with companies to help them develop and execute product strategies that capitalize on core strengths leveraged into larger scale market opportunities.

His first executive role was Vice President of Marketing for FOCUS Enhancements, Inc., a market leader in digital video technology. There he played a key role in redirecting their product strategy and helping to double the size of the business from $12 Million to $25 Million in just 2 years.

He later joined Stream International, a leading call center services company, as Vice President of Marketing responsible for corporate communications, channel and product marketing activities for the company. He applied his product development expertise to help the company fast track their growth from $168 Million to $320 Million in 36 months by focusing their marketing and positioning around the burgeoning internet boom and eCRM revolution.

 

Karl Clegg, Vice President of Sales

Karl Clegg joined ContactPoint, makers of LogMyCalls, in March of 2014.

Karl Clegg brings over 25 years of Sales experience to LogMyCalls; 14 of which include upper management positions. Karl has served as Vice President of Sales at both AtTask and Ingenix (United Health Group), and on sales management teams at Symantec.

Karl is a true family man; he loves to spend time with his wife, five children, and eight grandchildren. Outside of the office, Karl enjoys the outdoors and breathing fresh air on the golf course, as well as spending time in the beautiful Utah mountains. Karl also enjoys team sports and has enjoyed coaching various youth baseball and basketball teams.

Karl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at Brigham Young University, and has been able to use his education to benefit various companies such as WordPerfect, PowerQuest, Symantec, Ingenix, and AtTask.

 

Bryan Pocock, Director of Business Development

Bryan Pocock Director of Business DevelopmentBryan Pocock comes to ContactPoint from a varied background including consulting, education, entrepreneurship, law, and non-profit management.

His experience includes regional operations management, fundraising, strategic management, and PR. Pocock has worked internationally for one of the top 25 companies in Latin America (a long distance carrier) doing major mergers & acquisition (M&A) projects and for one of the world's premier telecoms consulting firms. He has taught college classes in Business Law, Ethics, and Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Utah State Bar.

Mr. Pocock earned both a Masters of Management degree (both MBA & MPA accredited) and a Juris Doctorate (JD) at Willamette University. His bachelor’s degree is in Marketing and International Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
