He managed a global sales, product and service organization across Asia, Latin America, Europe, and North America. Before relocating to London, Wells was a Vice President for Sony Pictures Digital Sales and Marketing in Los Angeles. Wells has worked in both large corporate environments, as well as, small company start-ups. Prior to Sony, he was Vice President of sales and business development for Handango, Inc. where he led relationships with clients such as Microsoft, Motorola, Sprint, and Verizon. Previous to Handango, Wells held management positions at Sprint and Marriott International. As a strategic management consultant for A.T. Kearney, he provided executive level strategy, sales and marketing to Sprint, Bristol Myers Squibb, Telstra (Telecommunications provider in Australia), American Electric Power, C3 Communications, Lyonnaise Cable, and Dynergy. Wells has worked and lived in London, Paris, Sydney, Mexico City, and throughout the United States.

Wells has an MBA in strategic management and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master's degree in economic quantitative methods from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University.

Jeremiah Wilson founded ContactPoint in 2001 with his patented high-tech invention the Maculon. Prior he specialized in logistics, training, and gained a variety of knowledge in customer service and Sales Training. He was Assistant to the Counselor of Economics at the US Embassy to the Czech Republic and currently serves on the board of directors for various global companies.

John came to ContactPoint with a wealth of knowledge in many areas of technology. He has worked in IT for over 15 years. Over that time, John has managed various IT teams and built and managed many types of systems.

John’s experience with building both large scale highly available (redundant) server infrastructures as well as building and managing large scale telephony systems (VoIP) for call centers made him a great fit for ContactPoint.

Most of all, John has an excitement for learning new technologies that help businesses become more profitable.
